1. Kami cuma memberi perkhidmatan Cash On Delivery (COD) untuk Pembeli yang bayar deposit RM50 di....
(We provide Cash On Delivery for buyer whom pay RM50 deposit at...)

Sila bayar RM50 terlebih dahulu untuk menetapkan masa temujanji
(Please pay RM50 deposit for arrangement of appoinment)


Nota: RM50 akan dikembalikan selepas jumpai walaupun tak jadi beli .
(Note: RM50 will refund if not deal after meet)


*Disebabkan Kami telah bazir banyak masa dalam hal janji kosong dari "Pembeli",

2. berjumpai di SP Plaza pada setiap Ahad 2.30~5pm.
Nota : Pembeli sila beritahu kami model yang berminat sebelum Sabtu 8pm supaya kami boleh bersiap sedia untuk berjumpai di SP Plaza.
